ojind.dev is the personal portfolio and project-intake site of Oubigee Jones, a sole proprietorship operating publicly as OJ | IND ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you visit the site or submit a project request, how we use it, and how we protect it.

If we engage on a paid project, we additionally collect billing information (name, email, billing address, payment method) — payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe and never touch ojind.dev.
Information collected automatically
When you visit ojind.dev, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs basic request data for security and operational purposes:
IP address
Browser and device type
Pages visited and time spent
Referrer URL
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking. We do not set persistent tracking cookies.

Who we share information with
We share information only with the third parties needed to operate the business:
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and invoicing. Billing information you provide is transmitted directly to Stripe. We never store full card numbers; that's handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Stripe privacy policy.
FormSubmit — receives intake form submissions from ojind.dev and forwards them to our email inbox. FormSubmit privacy policy.
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and serves the website (Cloudflare Pages) and routes the domain (Cloudflare Registrar + DNS). Cloudflare privacy policy.
Microsoft Corporation — operates the email account (oubigee.j@outlook.com) where intake submissions and project communications are received and stored.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Security practices
In transit: ojind.dev is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) via Cloudflare.
Payment data: never stored on ojind.dev; entered directly into Stripe and handled under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
Form submissions: transmitted over HTTPS via FormSubmit, then delivered to a Microsoft 365 mailbox protected by multi-factor authentication.
Project records: stored in Stripe (invoicing) and the Microsoft 365 mailbox (correspondence), both at rest with encryption and behind authentication.
Devices: all working devices are full-disk-encrypted and password-protected.

Retention
We retain project communications and invoicing records for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them unless a longer retention period is required by law. Form submissions that don't lead to an engagement are retained for up to twelve (12) months and then deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request:

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

ojind.dev is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
